A grisly road accident on Thursday, November 14, claimed the lives of two after they were burnt to death.
According to Dominic, a resident who spoke to Kenyans.co.ke, the accident involved a fuel tanker and a truck that collided bursting into flames.
"The accident happened about a kilometre from Ntulele town along the Narok-Maai Mahiu road in Narok county," he disclosed.
He also confirmed that the two individuals who were the drivers of the respective vehicles were burnt beyond recognition.
The two were the only victims of the unfortunate incident as no other injuries were reported.
The two bodies have since been moved to the Narok County Hospital Mortuary while the two vehicle wreckages were transferred to Ntulele police station.
This comes approximately three weeks after another tanker burst into flames along the Mombasa highway.
On Wednesday, October 23 the fuel taker enroute to Nairobi from Mombasa burst into flames causing panic Ndara area in Taita Taveta.
Witness reports indicated that, the driver of the truck escaped unhurt after he was notified of flames from the rear of the vehicle.
In the video shared by the publication, the witness narrated how the trailer's rear tire burst sparking a flame that sent the whole village into a panic.
