KCSE 2019: How to Get KCSE 2019 Results on SMS

The KCSE 2019 Results were released on Wednesday, December 18, by Education Cabinet Secretary George Magoha. 

A total of 699,745 candidates sat for the exam, which were released 21 days after the examinations concluded.

The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) announced that candidates who attained C+ and above were 125, 726 compared to the previous year's.

CS Magoha announced that the KCSE results were accessible via an SMS message 

To access their results, candidates will be required to send an SMS message to 20076 with the candidate's index number followed by KCSE (In capital letters).

Also, there should be no spacing after the index number's last number and the initials KCSE.

The service is available for all three network providers in the country Safaricom, Airtel and Telkom.

The cost of each SMS is Ksh 25.

The marking of the examination was concluded on Thursday, December 12,  by 26,597 examiners.
