"On diverse dates between February 2018 and August 2020, you used our client's offices to conduct your private commercial business under EA LAW consulting, full particulars and information whereof is well within your knowledge.

"A proper computation of the period within which you unlawfully used our client's offices is for a period of 30 months. To that extent, our client's charges are at the rate of Ksh 150,000 per month," read part of the demand letter.

This comes after the Thirdway Alliance Party National Executive Committee (NEC) on Wednesday, August 26, resolved to suspend party leader Ekuru Aukot resulting in mayhem.

According to reports, his ouster was hinged on using crude words against the Deputy Party Leader Dr. Angela Mwikali, financial impropriety and defying a court order.

The party also claimed that he hired goons who destroyed a door in the party's offices and want him to meet the cost of repairs.

"On or about August 27, you caused a group of goons to destroy a double mahogany wooden door that grants access to the offices of our client.

"Full particulars are well within your knowledge. The costs of replacement of the said door is assessed at Ksh. 500,000," added the statement.

Aukot was issued with a seven-day notice to pay the amount or the party will begin appropriate recovery proceedings.
