During her trip in Kenya, Campbell praised the country's improvement of infrastructure at the Coast including the upgrading of Malindi Airport to International standards adding that this will boost tourism in the region.

In her meeting with Balala, she was also impressed with the Professional Golf Association (PGA) course which was upgraded to world-class standards.

“I am also impressed with the world-class standard facilities at the Professional Golf Association (PGA) Baobab course located in Vipingo Ridge, the only golf course accredited by the PGA in the whole of Africa. I invite golf professionals globally to visit the course to enjoy the experience," she stated.

The model, who is aged 50, has been residing in Malindi since December 2020 after she arrived via a private jet.

She was reported to reside at the Billionaire Resort, a luxurious complex owned by her ex, Italian businessman and former Formula One team executive, Flavio Briatore.

She is a world-renowned model who has visited Kenya three times.

Campbell's love for nature makes her a good fit in the partnership since Magical Kenya was set up to help both Kenyans and foreigners explore the country and discover the untold wealth of destinations and experiences available.
