President Uhuru Kenyatta was on Saturday, April 24, left in stitches after an officer in the National Youth Service (NYS) mimicked Health CS Mutahi Kagwe in his presentation.
The president was visiting the recruits at the National Youth Service (NYS) Training College in Gilgil, Nakuru County, where he presided over the pass-out parade of 7,479 recruits.
In the middle of their presentation, an NYS recruit started mimicking one of Kagwe's famous lines.

"Wash your hands properly that we may stay safe from this world giant for you can get it, I can get it and everybody can get it," the recruit said in Kagwe's voice.
The president was clearly cheered by the performance as he was seen chuckling under his mask and clapping in amusement.
The CS is not one to walk away from a press briefing without delivering a few punchlines. He has come to be loved for his charisma and is one who sparks conversations on social media platforms.
His delivery of speeches has led more Kenyans to understand Covid-19 better.. A few of his famous lines include; 'you can gerrit', 'sausage mbili beer moja' among others.
While making his address on Saturday, April 24 at the graduation of NYS recruits, Uhuru stated that the police service had recruited 50 NYS graduates into the Directorate of Command, Control and Communication (IC3) centres in Nairobi and Mombasa.
The president noted that the number of recruits was too low.
"The number of recruits in my view is not enough. Why are you hiring only 50 people, these are recruits from every corner of the country. When you go to hire in the districts, even these recruits are from the district, hire them," he stated.
Kenyatta commended the NYS for continuing to empower Kenyan youth with skills and competencies.
