7-bench Court of Appeal judges hearing the BBI case

The Court of Appeal is currently issuing a judgement on the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI). All the seven judges will read their own judgement before a final decision is read.
The seven judge-bench includes Justices Daniel Musinga, Roselyn Nambuye, Hannah Okwengu, Patrick Kiage, Gatembu Kairu, Fatuma Sichale and Francis Tuiyott.
