EABL Announces Recruitment of Fresh University Graduates, How to Apply

Recent graduates from Kenyan universities have a reason to smile after East African Breweries Limited (EABL) announced a recruitment drive.

In a statement by the beverages manufacturer dated Thursday, August 26, the company disclosed that it was seeking to fill positions in the Marketing, Finance and Human Resource (HR) departments.

The applicants are required to have graduated within the last two years with a degree in any business-related field (Business, Finance, Marketing or Human Resources).

The candidates are also expected to possess the excellent numerical and analytical ability, demonstrates a high level of curiosity and be fluent in English.

In the finance department, the applicants will be expected to prepare accounts as well as horn skills in statutory and regulatory reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting and risk management.

"You’ll be involved in things like planning where and when to market our brands, and whether to launch new products and campaigns.

"Your astute analysis and appreciation for risk verses rewards will guide others’ thinking and drive our sales," read the statement in part.

In the marketing department, the applicants will be expected to create exciting and powerful stories to make the existing brands stronger and launching new ones.

The HR employees, on the other hand, will be expected to develop talented employees in every corner of the business, and equip them with the right personal, professional, and functional skills to anticipate - and respond to - the challenges that the future will throw at company.
