Former Machakos First Lady Lilian Ng'ang'a has opened up about using matatus after his break-up with Governor Alfred Mutua.

Shortly after they announced their separation, photos of her and Julius Owino alias Juliani, formally , appearing to be at a bus stage went viral.

Speaking to the press, Ng'ang'a explained that the two were not at a matatu stage but were attending a child's birthday party at Village Market.

She noted that the matatus which sparked mixed reactions from a section of Kenyans are in the children's section for fun.

"It was not in a matatu. It was at the village Market. They have something like a bus at the kids' section. We were there for a friend's child's birthday so we were just enjoying the ride," she explained.

She further noted that she had discovered that her former fiancé transferred her shares from a company they founded together to her sister-in-law without her consent.

She noted that she owned a 50 per cent stake in a company identified as Ndash Enterprises, named after her high school nickname.

"The media said we are grumbling over wealth yet the issue is that he transferred my shares from Ndash Enterprises Limited, a company we jointly own, to his sister without my consent.

"The company is mine. Ndash is my high school nickname. I am the one who registered it but when we had to turn the company to be the mother company for the hotel," she stated noting that the duo has a loan of Ksh145 million they owe a local bank together.

According to a highly placed source, Lillian currently has only 200 shares out of a possible 2,000 she is entitled to for her 50 per cent ownership in the hotel.

This is only 10 per cent of her total shares, an issue she has termed fraudulent. Lillian now wants what she claims is rightfully hers, the additional 1,800 shares.

She has also reported that her life and that of Juliani are in danger,  challenging her estranged 'long term partner' to move on.
