Kameme FM radio presenter, Muthee Kiengei has continued with his endearing acts after gifting his former wife, Keziah wa Kariuki Ksh100,000 to go towards her venture into the music industry.
In a live event dubbed Kigooco Explosion on Sunday, May 29, at Ruiru Stadium, Kiengei made a surprise entrance to the show in a white Toyota Prado TX.
Making his way to the podium, Kiengei heartily congratulated Keziah for her zeal in serving Christ through her talent.
The Kameme FM presenter proceeded to hand an envelope to emcee Karangu Muraya who announced that Kiengei had gifted his former wife Ksh100,000.
"I told myself that I must attend the event in order to stand with Keziah," he stated much to the cheers of the crowd.
"A wise man once said that the only thing that can change the world is love and it should be unconditional," he added.
Also in attendance was Kiengei and Keziah's daughter, Orpah Waithera who warmly embraced her father.
"In the Spirit of the Get World Together Through Love, last evening I attended the Kigooco Explosion in Ruiru Stadium Organised by Keziah Wa Kariuki."
"The zeal of serving Christ through Music and Talent is overwhelming and the Gospel of Truth and Love Has to conquer in our Generation. Congratulations Keziah, Let nothing stop you from serving your Creator," Kiengei noted.
The act endeared many Kenyans online who lauded Kiengei for standing with his former wife. Keziah, who is a TV presenter at Githima TV, previously worked for Kameme FM and its sister station Kameme TV.
It was at the media house where she met and fell in love and got married to the king of Kikuyu morning radio. However, five years into the marriage, the couple decided to end their union and have both remarried.
Kiengei is known for his acts of kindness towards Kenyans in need of help. Recently, he came to the rescue of a poverty-stricken family living in Nyeri county.
During a live show, Kiengei helped raise over Ksh170,000 within minutes in order to clear the school fees for one of the sons.
Further, the presenter built a three-bedroomed house for the family to replace the mud structure that they previously lived in.
