For the ardent social media users, you may have come across a video of an elderly man on his phone, urging his caller to hang up the phone using the phrase Kata simu kata simu tupo site we don't like disturbance of the head you understand.

The majority of online users have adopted the phrase as it is being widely used in memes, videos, and also in political forums including the manifesto launch by Roots party leader George Wajackoyah. 

The star of the video is an artiste cum comedian, Umar Iahbedi Issa alias Mzee Mjegeje based in Tanzania.

Speaking during a past interview, Mzee Mjegeje noted that he's inspired by art and seeks to create content that appeals to the audience. 

Born and bred in Bagamoyo, Tanzania, Mjegeje described himself as a business-minded person who sought to earn a living from entrepreneurship. Before venturing into art, the controversial comedian owned a mega hotel in Tanzania- a profitable business that he had poured his savings into in order to set up. 

The hotel, which was based at the heart of Tanga town, proved to be a strategic location as various customers flocked in to dine at the establishment. He, however, claimed that his employees envied the success of his business and hatched a scheme to bring his business down.

At the time, he was occupied with marriage plans to his sweetheart, hence leaving the business under the care of the employees. He claimed that the workers ran down his business.

"I used to have a lot of wealth but through betrayal by friends and employees, they left in huge debts that left me in a state of the financial crisis," he lamented.

"For three months, I would not leave the house due to debt collectors were looking for me," he added.

Closing down shop, Mjegeje noted that he ventured into music and content creation utilize his comical skills. 

A review of Wash Tube channel indicates various skits done by Mzee Mjegeje which depict life situations in a comical manner. He reminisced about his most memorable moment when he traveled to Yemen, the Middle East for a holiday trip. 

The man revealed that he had separated with his wife, but noted that they are still on good terms. They have one child together. 

He advised the youth to work hard and earn from their sweat and also emphasized the importance of the family unit in society.
