Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua nicknamed 'Riggy G' has been subjected to memes and viral captions not only for his dressing but his public speaking skills.

Comedian, KK Mwenyewe, thus seized the moment and mesmerized the with a spot-on impression of the second in command.

Appearing on Dr Ofweneke Tv aired on TV 47 on Wednesday, September 21, the Kisii University student amused the audience by imitating Rigathi's reaction after winning the General Election.

The hilarious skit involved the DP's wife Dorcas Rigathi whom Gachagua referred to as his pillar of strength.

In an oversized, poorly buttoned coat, and crooked tie, the comedian mirrored 'Riggy G's' dressing code before the swearing-in ceremony at Kasarani stadium.

He also went the extra mile of mimicking Gigathi’s potbelly by seemingly stuffing garments under his wrinkled shirt.

Meanwhile, Azimio La Umoja Coalition running mate Martha Karua recognized the comedian after she replied to one of his skits.

In the skit, the 'Riggy G' imitator was alongside a female comedian impersonating Karua. The skit mimicked the heated debate on how Kenya Kwanza Alliance beat Azimio to clinch the presidency

"MK got it right!" Karua replied to the video.

The Computer Science student, however, disclosed his skits are yet to be recognized by the Deputy President.

"I have not heard from the Deputy President concerning my act. I hope they get to him and he will call me to his Karen home for a discussion," he stated.

Despite his career choice, the comedian from Kiambu county is passionate about the entertainment industry. On this, the host vowed to mentor him.

Gachagua, in response to his fashion sense, stated that he had headed back to the gym to cut weight and also improve his dress code.

"My eyes were always over my shoulders and taking care of my family,"  stated on Tuesday, September 13 before the inauguration ceremony.

His wife, Pastor Dorcas Rigathi, had divulged that she was in charge of the DP's dressing. She irons his shirts, a tradition that she has upheld for years.

"Well I have already ironed his shirt, that is very special to us and I have done it for the longest time,”  noted on the inauguration day.
