Residents of Pipeline estate, Nairobi woke up to a rude shock this morning as a boy plunged to death.
The victim, according to sources fell from the fifth floor of a building, sustaining serious injuries but did not die immediately.
The Saturday morning incident took place at around 9 am.
Speaking to The Star, a witness said that he tried to get help to save the boy but no avail.
The boy is hence said to have died while waiting to be rescued.
Embakasi Police station OCPD Apollo Onyonyi however told the paper that police have been dispatched o the area of the incident.
Investigations into the boy’s death have been launched.
