Clinton Atika Onserio, a police officer, attached to the General Service Unit (GSU), is an accomplished photographer and video editor.

With his photography skills, Atika established himself in the media industry by working with Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC) TV.

The GSU cop was among the pioneers who helped to transform and popularise Y254-TV, an affiliate of KBC TV, which was launched in the country to scale up youth empowerment programmes and opportunities with the view of creating employment and growth of the film and music industry in the country.

Y254-TV also aimed at offering youths an alternative to conventional media programming.
