Ruto's CSs Ranked From Best to Worst in Latest Report [LIST]

Interior Cabinet Secretary Kithure Kindiki was on Thursday, March 16, ranked as the best performing Cabinet Secretary at 74 per cent, according to a report released by the reach firm, Mizani Africa.

Kindiki was followed by his Trade counterpart Moses Kuria at 63 per cent, while Foreign Affairs CS Alfred Mutua ranked at 61 per cent.

The report was based on their performance in their first 120 days in office.

Rebecca Miano of the EAC docket scored 54 per cent, Education CS Ezekiel Machogu scored 53 per cent, and Ababu Namwamba scored 52 per cent.

Agriculture CS Mithika Linturi, Treasury CS Njuguna Ndung'u and Alice Wahome ranked 48, 44, and 34 per cent, respectively.

All the other CS were categorised to have scores below 30 per cent.

Ranking in terms of responsiveness to public needs

With respect to the rank of the CS in responding to the needs of Kenyans, Kindiki came first at 21 per cent, followed by Kuria at 16 per cent.

Linturi emerged third at 9 per cent as Transport CS Kpichumba Murkomen and Miano tied at fourth place with 7 per cent.

Some of the issues that Kenyans raised were the high cost of living, unemployment, access to healthcare, education, clean water and insecurity.

Cost of fuel, high taxation, cost of electricity and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgendered and Queer (LGBTQ) were also highlighted.

6. Ezekiel Machogu - 6 per cent 

7. Alfred Mutua - 4 per cent

8. Eliud Owalo - 3 per cent

9. Susan Wafula - 2 per cent

10. Simon Chelugui - 2 per cent
