Falcao was born in Kenya before moving to India at a younger age. At the age of eight, he relocated to Brazil.
It was in the South American nation that Falcao completed his studies.
He pursued a course in Computer Science and Economics at the University of Sao Paulo before earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
Falcao started his impressive career at Solvay, a multinational chemical firm. He managed to transform the firm into an agile organization.
The man whose father used to run a Safari Park in Kenya describes himself as an individual who likes to take risks.
