Haulfryn, a UK holiday home company, is set to construct two unique homes inspired by the exotic resorts on the Mombasa Coastline.

The houses will be constructed along the Welsh Coast and offer the residents a feel of class and elegance with a therapeutic view of the beach.

“Inspired by Mombasa, these carefully curated vibrant lodges are full of warm, rich colours with jewel tones meeting dark woods and flashes of gold to bring style, splendor, warmth, and comfort together,” Haulfryn stated.

According to the company, each of the homes will consist of two bedrooms and can accommodate about eight people. The houses will cost Ksh140,238,148 (£785,000) each.

One of the cheapest homes will go for Ksh138,660,064 (£775,000) and will host six people in the three bedrooms. It comes fully furnished and has a fully 20-year license and manufacturer's warranty.

Additionally, the new homes will include the UK's first hydro swim-spa pool.

The other two have been influenced by Singapore's famous Raffles Hotel and will go for Ksh158,722,228 (£895,000) per home.

These futuristic homes will offer the residents an open-plan living space, split roof, dormer windows for plenty of light, and high-tech appliances.

“Not only can you wake up and have a swim before breakfast, but you can also make the most of the outside kitchen, dining, and entertaining space, whether that’s light bites at lunch or dinner and drinks at dusk," added the company.

Additionally, all the homes have fitted solar panels and air source heat pumps to guarantee sustainability and clean energy.

Various Mombasa resorts have, in the past, been ranked among the best both in Africa and abroad for their designs and services.
