After Ruto, Wetangula Badly Embarrassed by His Governor

Days after Deputy President Willian Ruto mocked Bungoma Senator Moses Wetangula for reporting his wife to the police following a domestic brawl, the CORD co-principal has once again been ridiculed.

On Wednesday, Wetangula took to Twitter to condemn Bungoma Governor Ken Lusaka for allegedly entertaining corruption in his government.

“The Bungoma governor should be reminded in clear terms that theft and corruption are not careers but vices that must be exposed/ eliminated,” said Wetangula.

Governor Lusaka did not take the allegations lightly and immediately responded to Wetangula's criticism.

The governor replied by tweeting a ridiculous image in which Wetangula is addressing the Senate while a goat is placed in front of a television 'keenly listening' to the Bungoma Senator.

Governor Lusaka captioned the hilarious image: “When career kleptomaniacs pretend to lecture us on theft, even goats listen and wonder”.

The tweet elicited many reactions from a section of online users who found hilarious and embarrassing.

@Wetangulam You aren't in a position to say anything about corruption, remember Japan. Today you sided with hate mongers. Really? SMH
