Alfred Mutua Kicked Out of Wiper Party

CORD co-principal Kalonzo Musyoka's party, Wiper Democratic Movement, has finally cracked the whip on Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua.

The party on Friday announced that the Governor had been kicked out together with four MPs who include: Regina Ndambuki (Kilome), John Munuve (Mwingi North), Kisoi Munyao (Mbooni) and Richard Makenga (Kaiti).

Wiper noted that the five leaders were in contravention of the Party's policies as they had shown support for other political outfits.

The decision comes days after Wiper summoned the leaders to a disciplinary committee noting: "You have overtly formed; joined in the formation of; joined; publicly advocated the formation of another political party and have continued to promote the ideology, interests and policies of a rival party. By the overt contravention of this provision, you are deemed to have resigned from the Wiper Democratic Movement — Kenya".
