Three Equity bank employees were on Monday arraigned before Othaya court to answer to robbery charges.
Police investigating the October 2 incident in which unknown people parading as auditors stole Sh30 Million from Equity's Othaya Branch, have linked three employees to the multimillion theft.
The branch operations manager, a cashier and an accountant have were charged with theft by servant in what the police say was an inside job.
Last week three men are said to have walked into the bank at around 6.50 am on Friday with identification cards.
The smartly dressed robbers claimed to have been authorized by the Bank's headquarters in Nairobi to carry out an auditing exercise.
They later used knives to scare the staff and ordered the deputy branch manager to open the safe then made away with the colossal amount.
The police are yet to arrest the robbers.
