Bungoma Helicopter Man Could Enjoy Free Kenya Airways Ride

A tours and travel firm has shown interest in helping the Bungoma man who risked his life hanging on a helicopter, enjoy a free flight.

Bonfire Adventures on Friday evening posted the offer on Twitter, asking its followers to retweet if they were in support of the campaign to give Saleh Wanjala a free Kenya Airways ride.

Mr Wanjala shocked Kenyans when he clung on the skid of the chopper carrying the body of slain businessman Jacob Juma as it lifted from the ground.

Wanjala who was heavily ridiculed on Twitter, sustained injuries on his hip joint, elbow and eyebrow when he fell off the aircraft.

Police arrested and chained Wanjala on his hospital bed and is set to face charges of endangering the lives of the chopper crew and attempted suicide.
