A Nairobi court has suspended the 18 month probation for the high school girl who had been arrested for being in possesion of bhang.
The girl had moved to court after she was sentenced to probation following an arrest, alongside 40 other students, for using drugs and engaging in public sex.

The drugs were found hidden in the girl's underwear.

The students were arrested on their way home for the August holiday.
The girl later sued governmnet for Sh7 million for what she said was embarrasment, after semi-nude photos of her surfaced online, while in police custody.

She also wanted her probation sentence revoked and the records expunged.
The court on Tuesday ordered the Director of Public Prosecutions to respond to Sh7m compensation suit filed over indecent exposure.
