New revelations have emerged putting to rest the rumours that journalist Jeff Koinange was moving his JKL show to GoTV's Maisha Magic channel.

Mr Koinange will only be making an appearance on Maisha Magic East's new programme, Stori Yangu, which is set to feature other Kenyan personalities including former KISS 100 presenter Caroline Mutoko, Classic 105's Maina Kageni, ex-comedian John Kiarie (KJ) among others.

Earlier on, social media was awash with claims that Koinange was joining the DSTV-affiliated outlet after being off-air since December when he unceremoniously left KTN.

The speculations heightened after a poster capturing Koinange's image with Maisha Magic's logo embossed on it was shared online.

The former CNN reporter was selected as one of the people who will be sharing their impactful life stories presumably due to his influence is the media sphere.

"Stori Yangu will explore the insight into the lives of Kenyan influentials," Maisha Magic noted.

Radio Queen, Ms Mutoko will be the first Kenyan personality to premiere on the show today at 8 PM.

Koinange has been a celebrated reporter in the country and curiosity on his next career move has been intensifying by the day.

Last year, Koinange's JKL Show went off air following public outrage sparked by an interview that hosted Nairobi Gubernatorial aspirant Miguna Miguna and Esther Passaris.
