Kenyans on social media were on Friday engaged in heated debates concerning some of the controversial goings-on of the day.

Here are today's trending topics:-

#InFourYears

Kenyans on Twitter used the hashtag to revive debates on President Uhuru Kenyatta's service delivery since he ascended to power.

They put the President, who is on an official trip in London, on the spot for corruption scandals uncovered during his tenure.

Miraa

President Uhuru Kenyatta held a meeting with British Prime Minister Theresa May on Thursday with the topic of discussion being to minimise negative effects of the export ban on miraa the UK imposed three years ago.

The meeting revived debates on the ban with some social media users giving a useful reminder on UK's classification of khat as a Class C drug which is illegal to have, give away or deal in.

@OleItumbi @PresidentKE @theresa_may Miraa is and will remain classified as a Class C drug in the UK. No politician from Kenya can change this. Get your facts right.
