Gatundu South Member of Parliament Moses Kuria on Monday night revealed why Machakos county Senator Johnstone Muthama ditched Wiper Party ahead of the August elections.
Mr Kuria outrageously claimed the fallout between Mr Muthama and Wiper party was because the party leader Kalonzo Musyoka betrayed him by receiving Sh1 billion from Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) leader Raila Odinga to drop his Presidential ambition and become Mr Raila's running mate in the August polls.
“Hell hath no fury than a Johnstone Muthama cheated out of a deal even for 10k let alone the Ksh1 billion that Kalonzo got for stepping down for Raila,” Kuria claimed on his facebook post.
The Gatundu South Legislator further added that: “But then Karma is a b****. Muthama did the same to Kalonzo in 2008 when they were joining Party of National Unity (PNU). Ni system ya kuoshana”.
Earlier on, Kuria had attacked Wiper party leader Mr Musyoka after reports emerged that he had nominated his son Kennedy Musyoka for appointment to the East Africa Legislative Assembly (EALA).
Kuria stated that while Jubilee is out to create millions of jobs for the youth, the NASA team has a special sub-committee to reward their next of kins.
The Gatundu South legislator went ahead to accuse the five NASA Co-principals of being selfish, noting that the Opposition team was even willing to change the Constitution to increase positions of leadership in order to create jobs for their selfish gain.
Kuria also indicated that while Jubilee is pushing to ensure 30% of tenders go to women, youth and persons with disabilities, NASA had given the EALA slot meant for youth, women, and persons living with disability to Raila Odinga's brother Oburu Odinga.
