Moses Wetangula Promises FORD-Kenya Aspirants Employment in NASA Government

Bungoma Senator Moses Wetangula on Tuesday assured all Ford-Kenya aspirants that the National Super Alliance (NASA) government would create positions for all nomination losers after the August polls.

Wetangula, who is the FORD-Kenya party leader,  indicated that in the nominations, only one person was capable of winning, therefore, the other aspirants should not decamp as the government will hire them.

He further urged all losers to support the winners in order to build the party's capacity to effectively compete with other parties in the region.

"Only one person will win in the nominations for a particular seat. For those who will lose, we shall have some positions for you once the NASA government is formed,” Wetang’ula stated.

Mr Wetang’ula also stated that no candidate will be given direct nominations unless they are unopposed. The party has so far registered only one unopposed candidate, Kiminini Member of Parliament Chris Wamalwa.

The Ford-Kenya leader was speaking in Sirende Ward, Kiminini Sub-county, where he commissioned Sh6.8 Million classrooms.

The party's nominations are set to kick off from April 13th to April 26th, 2017.
