When being thrown out, she only had a torn t-shirt on, no skirt or inner wear underneath and was barred from picking her purse and phone at the station counter.

The mother of one was said to have gone to her husband's house along Ng'ong road to ask for money to feed her children when she began shouting after her husband refused to open the door to his house.

The husband's boss, Leshan Lebasha, who was informed about commotion at is home, came to warn the woman before calling the Police to take her away.

“The policeman found me seated by the gate and kicked me in the stomach before beating me. Together they dragged me on the ground to a thicket off Ngong Road, tearing my clothes. My husband’s boss then held my hands as the policeman removed my panties and raped me,” she narrated.

Kilimani OCS said that he heard of the incident and ordered police to rush her to hospital immeditely, a statement contrary to the woman's claims. The woman claimed she had been receiving threats from law enforcers but was hopeful that justice would come her way
