ODM Official Olempaka Warns Gideon Moi from Supporting Uhuru, Invites Him to NASA

A senior official in the ODM Party has warned Baringo Senator Gideon Moi against supporting President Uhuru Kenyatta and the Jubilee party.

The caution was issued by ODM’s National Executive Secretary Amos Olempaka who had led the Orange party in a voter registration drive in Baringo.

Olempaka added that the Jubilee team had no development intentions by visiting Baringo but was seeking to ensure Moi is not re-elected in this year’s General Election.

"They have just started. Today they are in the kitchen, tomorrow they will get to the sitting room, and finally into the bedroom, to turn up your bed sheets,” he warned.

The ODM official advised Moi to join the National Super Alliance (NASA) where he would be welcomed with open arms.

"Turn around and join NASA if you want to survive the next election. Jubilee officials, especially Deputy President William Ruto have no good intentions for you," the official stated.

The Baringo Senator has shown mixed feelings about his political stand.

While he has on a number of occasions criticised the Jubilee team, he has also supported Kenyatta’s re-election in 2017, adding that the President should campaign directly in the Rift Valley instead of sending his deputy.

Olempaka was accompanied by ODM leader Raila Odinga's daugher Rosemary, and Kajiado Central MP Elijah Memusi.
