Onyango Oloo Claims He Spied for Raila in Jubilee Government

Former TNA Secretary-General Onyango Oloo on Wednesday confessed that he was ODM leader Raila Odinga's spy in the Jubilee government.

Addressing a rally in Kisumu Central Constituency where he is seeking to be elected MP, Oloo stated that during his tenure in Jubilee he gathered tactics used to beat Odinga in 2013 Elections.

For instance, he claimed that Jubilee supporters had registered as voters multiple times thus giving them an extra edge.

He thus called on the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) to conduct an effective clean up of the voters' register.

Oloo further claimed that President Uhuru Kenyatta had sensed defeat and was desperately looking for ways to retain power and that is why he recently visited retired Head of State Daniel Moi.

“The recent overtures made by President Uhuru Kenyatta and his mum (Mama Ngina Kenyatta) to retired President Daniel Arap Moi’s home are signs of desperation by the Jubilee administration. They must know that nothing will salvage their sinking ship,” he was quoted by the Nation.

He claimed that the number of registered voters released by the IEBC clearly showed that the National Super Alliance (NASA) would win in the August 8 polls.

“He is under pressure from Nasa and their arithmetic is not adding up. They have nothing to do. It is a race against time and we are close to the presidency. The current arithmetic puts Nasa ahead of Jubilee in terms of numbers,” he added.

Oloo unceremoniously ditched Jubilee in January after which he resulted to mudslinging the government alleging that President Kenyatta rigged to win the 2013 polls.

He later launched his bid for the Kisumu Central seat after being received into ODM by Mr Odinga.

The former Secretary General, at that time claimed that he had secrets on how Kenyatta intended to win the upcoming polls, threatening to share them with the Opposition.
