Pastor Ng'ang'a Causes Another Accident

Pastor James Ng’ang’a of Neno Evangelism Ministry was on Saturday caught up in yet another road accident along the busy Nairobi-Nakuru Highway.

The televangelist, who is said to have been on the wrong, damaged a matatu at Gitaru area as he tried to change lanes without indicating to the matatu driver who was driving behind him.

Confirming the 6pm incident, Kiambu County Police Commander James Mugera said Ng’ang’a and the matatu driver, who were both driving towards Nairobi, sorted the issue at the scene.

“Because it was a non injury accident, Ng’ang’a agreed to pay the driver and both hugged and shook hands before leaving the scene. Police were not involved in the saga,” said Mr Mugera.

When reached by the police the Matatu driver stated that he had no complaint to make.

In the minor accident, Ng’ang’a’s BMW X6 car had its back light hit while the right front light of the matatu got damaged.

In July, the Pastor hit headlines over a controversial road accident at Manguo area in Limuru, that left a woman dead, and her husband seriously injured.

The televangelist came under fire after he denied involvement in the fatal accident despite investigations implicating him in the crash.

The Director of Public Prosecutions directed that the Pastor be charged with causing death by dangerous driving, failing to report an accident, giving false information to a public officer and conspiracy to defeat justice.
