Police Name Gangsters Killing People in Kenya

The police department has released identities of suspected gangsters believed to have been killing people at the Coast.

In a statement released on Sunday, Inspector General Joseph Boinnet published names and photographs of eight suspected criminals linked to the murder of three Nyumba Kumi officials in Diani on Sunday morning.

The identified suspects include;  Hamisi Mwaligulu, Allan Juma, Ali Haji, Salim Mwanguti, Said Athman Mjinga, Said Hassan Seti, Musa Mwaligulu and Ali Musa.

Members of the public have been urged to report to the authorities in case they spot the suspected gangsters described as armed and dangerous.

In the statement, security agencies also warned that terrorists have been sneaking into the country from Somalia to plan onslaughts in different locations of Garissa, Mandera and Lamu counties.

“Al Shabaab terrorists fleeing from action in Somalia could be making attempts to infiltrate into our country and stage attacks during the month of Ramadhan,” cautioned the IG.

On Sunday morning, unknown gunmen attacked and killed the three officials at their homes prompting a heightened security operation which culminated in arrest of four suspects.
