Kenyans on Twitter were on Wednesday morning engaged in various topics including:

#Kalonzobro was an interesting topic of discussion among Kenyans following the emergence of a man identified as Jesse Kinyanjui who has a striking resemblance to Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka.

Kinyanjui, who works in Upper Hill, Nairobi came to the limelight after he was featured on a local daily where it was disclosed that his neighbours have nicknamed him Kalonzo following the similarities to the CORD co-principal.

2. PS Muraguri

Health Principal Secretary Nicholus Muraguri and Cabinet  Secretary Cleopha Mailu were before the Senate committee following the health crisis which saw the doctors' union officials thrown in jail.

PS Muraguri has been on the spot for allegedly inhibiting the negotiation meetings meant to end the strike which is on its 74th day today.

Mailu on Tuesday accused Muraguri on insubordination when he assigned him to head the talks.

According to the CS, Mr Muraguri declined the assignment mentioning he had other important national commitments to handle.

Muraguri apologised to Mailu during the Senate meeting highlighting that there was miscommunication between him and the CS.

The Hospital's medical practitioners stated that they were standing in solidarity with the jailed doctors' union officials and services would not be available for two days.

The Appellate Court became a subject of online discussion as lawyers affiliated to the CORD coalition were appealing the jailing of seven KMPDU officials.

The court ordered the immediate release of the union officials after an agreement between lawyers for the Council of Governors and KMPDU.

5. Doctors Freed

The hashtag #Doctorsfreed circulated widely on social media after the seven KMPDU officials were freed by the Court of Appeal.

According to the court ruling, the union officials were released to allow for further negotiations to end the doctors' strike which has paralysed the health sector in the country.
