Devolution Cabinet Secretary Anne Waiguru has revealed the names of 22 officers who have been recommended for prosecution over the National Youth Service (NYS) graft.
The NYS scandal hit headlines a few months ago when reports revealed an attempted cyber fraud amounting to about Sh800 million.

The names were released after probe by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations.
Among the 22 individuals featuring on the list is NYS Senior Deputy Director General Adan Harake.
Speaking to the media on Friday, Waiguru said the investigation by CID into the saga had also identified similar fraudulent payments worth Sh791 Million.
The names will now be forwarded to the Director of Public Prosecutions for prosecution.
