Acrobat Wendy Waeni Accuses Comedian Felix Odiwour alias Jalang'o of Stealing Sh4,500 From Her

Popular comedian and radio host Felix Odiwour alias Jalang'o has strongly refuted claims that he made away with Sh4,500 belonging to 11-year old celebrity acrobat Wendy Waeni.

Speaking to Kenyans.co.ke, Jalang'o insisted that he had payed the said amount and that the accusations were being made by the girl's manager.

"I actually sent the money, I sent Sh5,000 but the guy (Waeni's Manager) wanted more more claiming it was taxi money," the comedian reiterated.

The Hot 96 presenter categorically stated that he did not wish to discuss the damning allegations that were made through Wendy's Instagram account.

"I'm beyond that. I don't want to engage that and it's not her it's her manager writing that," an angered Jalang'o told this writer.

He went ahead to assert his financial position.

"Do I look like the type that would run away with Sh4,500? Do you know how much a Bentley costs," he bragged.

The back and forth between the two celebrities began after Jalang'o commented on a post Ms Waeni had made endorsing Ugandan musician Eddy Kenzo's appointment as Kenya Tourism Board (KTB) ambassador.

In the congratulatory message, Waeni told off local Kenyan artists for complaining over Eddy Kenzo's appointment.

In response, Jalang'o posted: "I know this is not you but if those are your thoughts on this issue then am sorry for you".

The comment by the Hot 96 FM presenter forced Waeni to seemingly let some skeletons out of Jalang'o's closet.

"Jalangoo when are you paying my Ksh 4,500 that you ran away with when i was still struggling in this industry..??, Incase you have forgotten Let me just remind you that on that day you almost made us walk from mombasa rd to Huruma. Hii dunia ni ndogo sana. Before jumping to comment on my posts you would have rem what you did sometimes back...!!," Waeni posted.
