Political analyst Herman Manyora has taken a swipe at Kenyan legislators and claimed that their greed makes them ugly.
Speaking on his YouTube channel Take Or Leave It, Manyora stated that MPs should remember that they were elected to serve Kenyans.
"I want to remind MPs that they are among the few who will be recorded in history. That's what they do today will affect generations to come.
"I want to tell them that the role of a leader in the development of any country indeed is the development of any institution or agency in the progress of any company or organization," he stated.
He went on to explain that leaders who are charged with responsibilities should take a leading role in ensuring that the institutions or companies are where they ought to be.
According to Manyora, legislators should not be scheming on how to make more money from Kenyans.
"I want every member of Parliament to sit down one day for five minutes and reflect on where their action is taking this country.
"People go should go to bed hungry. Taking kids to school is a problem. You look so ridiculous. If you think this money is too little, just get of Parliament. In fact, some of you look so ugly as you look for more money," he added.
