Hot 96 is set to unveil a new presenter to take over from Herman Kago alias Prof Hamo who parted ways with the station in May 2021.

Nick Odhiambo is set to replace Prof Hamo on the Hot 96 Breakfast Show with his official unveiling being on Wednesday, July 21, 2021.

Nick will host the Breakfast Show alongside Citizen TV presenter Jeff Koinange.

Nick previously worked at Radio Maisha before parting ways with the Standard-owned radio station. He announced that he will make a quick comeback after quitting.

“Today’s (Tuesday, June 22) my final RHUMBA show on air after 4 years at @radiomaisha! did I ever think I’d switch to Swahili radio? NOPE, but the opportunity came and I took it,” he stated through his social media.

Other than being a radio presenter, Nick is also a voice-over artist and has featured in a number of commercial advertisements.

Hamo, on the other hand, has been running his own personal show since his departure from Hot 96.
