Two middle-aged men have died after the walls of a sand mine colapsed on them.
The two were harvesting sand at Ikahaawani Village in Lukenya Location, Machakos County.
Confirming the incident according to Citizen News, Lukenya Chief Tairus Musyoka has said the bodies have been recovered and moved to Machakos Level Five Hospital Mortuary.
The incident comes barely 2 weeks after a man died and two others were injured following the collapsing of a sand wall on them at night in Makyau, Maua.
