Two robbers were yesterday evening shot dead in Westlands, Nairobi.
The felled thugs were reportedly busted by police stealing a car.
The Star reports that the thugs were cornered in a Toyota Premio, registration KBJ 416T, outside Southern Sun Hotel along Parklands Road.
However, two others, who were on motorcycles managed to escaped.
The sound of gunshots spelt panic around the area near the hotel.

Four suspected robbers were shot dead by police along Nairobi's Thika Superhighway, where they were busted dividing a loot, they had managed to steal.
The gangsters, said to be running their operations using a motorbike, had allegedly attacked and robbed several motorists on the highway.
