The suspect, who is of Rwandan nationality, is believed to be an accomplice in a notorious phone theft syndicate in the said area.

A further thorough search of the premises uncovered a trove of ten mobile phones and a power bank, all believed to be pilfered by people in the vicinity.
Detectives successfully identified three phones and reached their rightful owners, who received their stolen phones back.
One of the gadgets stolen was snatched at the Tudor area on November 5, while another one was allegedly stolen at Nyali Bridge on November 1, 2024.
