Multimillion-shilling properties, including two standalone mansion homes owned by a former Member of Parliament aspirant, have been listed for sale through a public auction.
According to an auction notice published by Maga Auctioneers and General Merchants in a local daily, the former parliamentary hopeful stands to lose at least six properties, including bungalows located on various parcels of land in Kajiado and Nakuru counties.
One of the properties belonging to the former Naivasha MP aspirant in the 2022 general elections, is a plot of land in Green Valley Estate, Kitengela, on Nairobi’s outskirts. The property features an incomplete maisonette bungalow occupying 0.08 hectares by 0.2 hectares.
''The subject property is situated within Green Valley Estate in the Kitengela area, in the neighbourhood of Bunny House School. Access to the property from Kitengela Town is via Kitengela-Namanga Road branching left onto New Valley Road for approximately 1.5 km,'' read part of the notice.
The piece of land according to the auctioneer, has an incomplete five-bedroom Maisonette and domestic staff quarters and is connected to basic utilities like power and water supply.
The second maisonette that the politician is set to lose, is located in Naivasha town, Nakuru county and sits on a piece of land measuring 0.376Ha or 0.928acres approximately.
''The subject property is situated within Naivasha Unity, Kwa Nguthiru Area. Access from Naivasha town is via Moi South Lake Road onto Old Naivasha road approximately 6 km branching right at Maili Mbili Stage onto an unnamed murram road for about 1.1 km to the property,'' the notice added.
The property boasts a double-storey residential house, semi-detached domestic quarters, a pigsty, and a poultry house, offering a range of facilities for both residential and agricultural purposes.
On the ground floor, the house features an entrance porch leading to a spacious lounge, a dining room, and a kitchen equipped with low and high-level cabinets, a worktop, and a sink. The kitchen also provides access to a washing and laundry area.
The upper floor consists of a landing and passageway leading to a separate room and two bedrooms, both fitted with built-in wardrobes.

''All that Freehold Interest property is known as LR No. Kajiado/Loodariak/832, Kajiado County, measuring 18 Ha or 44.5acres approximately and registered Ln.o Agri Irrigation & Bore Hole Systems Ltd of P.O. Box 1262-00521, Nairobi. The subject property is situated within Esonorua Area in the neighbourhood of Esonorua Primary School in Kajiado West Sub County,'' the auctioneer stated.
Interested bidders have been invited to submit their interests to the auctioneers and will be required to deposit a 25 per cent deposit of the purchase price for each property.
