Eligible applicants for the September 2025 intake include those who were not successful for the KUCCPS placement between January and June 2025, and anyone who sat for their Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) between 2000 and 2024 and had not applied for the KMTC placement before.
“Application for KMTC programmes is ongoing for the September 2025 intake. The application deadline is July 7, 2025,” the statement read.

The KMTC application portal, which was opened on June 23, facilitates the application of 36 courses which are available at the college.
The statement comes days after the Kenya University and College Central Placement Service (KUCCPS), stressed that all KMTC applications are done through the KUCCPS portal, and any other means of application advertised should be treated as fraudulent.
"Announcement! The KUCCPS online system is open for the Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) September 2025 intake application," KUCCPS said in a statement on June 23.
