2 Women in Court Over Robbery After Sex

Two women were arraigned at a Nairobi court for allegedly intoxicating two bankers and stealing from them moments after a sex adventure.

Mercy Mwaniki and Ruth Waruguru allegedly drugged Eliud Kangethe and Reuben Omondi then stole goods worth Sh150,000 from them.

The court heard that on the fateful day, the complainants met with the accused at Natives Club along Thika Road, and enjoyed drinks after which the four left for Kangethe's house to continue with the fun.

Upon arriving at the house, they reportedly coupled spending the night in separate rooms until 11am the following morning.

On that day, the complainants said that they ate meat prepared by the two ladies after which they parted ways and Omondi left for his house. However, Kangethe became dizzy shortly after passed out.

According to police, he woke up a day after and found an empty house with most of his belongings, together with the two ladies, missing. On his side, Omondi said that he started vomiting blood upon reaching his house at South B estate.

The suspects were released on a Sh20,000 cash bond and given an option of reconciling with the complainants failure to which the case would proceed.
