The hashtag trended as President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto took their Jubilee party campaign tour to the lower Eastern county of Kitui.
Social media users took issue with one statement that the President made during his address in which he got abusive while referring to the opposition leaders.
President Kenyatta asked the residents: "Mtapatia hao wajinga kura...(Will you give those fools your vote?)".
This prompted a section of Kenyans to take to social media, faulting the head of state for his utterances.

Young University of Nairobi Law lecturer Joshua Kiptoo caused a stir on Friday morning after being part of a panel discussion on NTV's AMLive show.
Mr Kiptoo delivered a speech under the topic "Kenya is My Tribe" during a segment of the show called the Leadership Forum.
His address was centred on the youth, where he raised numerous concerns such as: "When a party launches its manifesto do we take time to find out what they have for young people?"

Aside from teaching law, Mr Kiptoo, runs a law firm in Nairobi, he is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and is a well-articulated political pundit.
