President Uhuru Kenyatta on Sunday engaged Kenyans in a live chat on Facebook where he revealed his best and worst moments as president.
He was responding to questions from viewers who tasked him with explaining several issues regarding his governance and plan if he is elected for a second term.
The Head of State revealed that his best moment was launching the Standard Guage Railway (SGR) and enjoying a ride from Mombasa to Nairobi.
The SGR was launched in May and was a landmark achievement for the nation that has so far improved transport to and from Mombasa.
The train rides are also cheaper and it takes around 4hours to travel from Nairobi to Mombasa.
President Kenyatta stated that his worst moments have been the constant terrorist attacks that have rocked the country.
Islamic militia group Al Shabaab has conducted several attacks in Lamu area and north eastern parts of Kenya where several people have been killed.
The most recent attack was in Milihoi where 3 people were shot dead and Public Works Principal Secretary Maryam El Maawy was shot on the shoulder.
The President also touched on the forthcoming elections where he urged Kenyans to choose peace and security, adding that his action plan covers all that is needed to make Kenya more prosperous, peaceful and secure.
He also called on Kenyans to promote peace and unity and assured the nation that his government had invested sufficient resources in equipping the country's security forces to boost safety.
