President Uhuru Kenyatta's 5 Lawyers in Supreme Court Election Case

President Uhuru Kenyatta's legal team on Thursday night arrived at the Supreme Court to file his response to the election petition by National Super Alliance (NASA) leader, Raila Odinga.

The President's legal team comprises of seasoned lawyers Ahmednasir Abdullahi, Katwa Kigen, Tom Macharia and  Evans Monari.

Lawyer Fred Ngatia also featured prominently alongside President Kenyatta as he signed the papers but did not join the team at the Supreme Court Registry.

The team has expressed great confidence in an outright win citing that the General Election was peaceful.

"We are confident about the answers we give, We are bullish about everything we have done. And let the case start. We are ready," Lawyer Abdullahi told the press soon after filing the documents.
