Deputy President William Ruto has revealed why he blocked Lawyer Miguna Miguna on Twitter last week.
Speaking during a Sunday interview on KBC, the Deputy President stated he could not allow the Nairobi governorship loser to terrorise him.
"I don’t allow negative people to terrorise me. If you are going to make it your business to say negative things about me and my family, I will block you," he disclosed.
DP Ruto stated that Miguna's constant unwarranted attacks on his family irked him and that was crossing the line.
"And you cannot distinguish between Ruto the politician and Ruto the family man consistently crossing the line by attacking my family and that is unacceptable," he maintained.
Last week, Miguna launched a scathing attack on the Deputy President describing him as 'a private citizen who sucks billions from my taxes.'
This was after Mr Ruto blocked the outspoken lawyer on Twitter leading to a rant from the former Prime Minister Raila Odinga's aide.

DP Ruto further stated that Jubilee was confident that they had legally won the August elections and recount of the ballots would prove the same.
"We are confident that we won fair and square, we are eager to demonstrate this through a vote recount," he conveyed.
He explained that they would live with the Supreme Court decision and they were ready to face the electorate again in fresh campaigns.
