Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria Reveals 3 IEBC Officials Jubilee Will Remove

Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has revealed that the Jubilee Party will now go after three IEBC officials whom he accused of conspiring not sign forms 34Bs that influenced the decision of Supreme Court to nullify the August election.

While campaigning for President Uhuru Kenyatta in Mombasa on Sunday, the legislator disclosed that the party is targeting the prosecution of the three returning officers after they pass the Elections Laws (Amendments) Bill 2017.

"We want the three arrested and jailed immediately," Moses Kuria pledged.

The three he identified as the returning officers: Mwanajuma Ali (Nyali), Luciana Swanzua (Likoni) and Aboud Mohammed (Kisauni).

During the hearing, the three constituencies were extensively cited s having massive irregularities; a scenario that was replicated throughout the country.

Former Budalangi MP Ababu Namwamba reiterated Moses Kuria's sentiments adding that the three must face imprisonment.

"Those presiding officers and returning officers who willingly tampered with the voting process will be jailed for five years.

"They will be punished ruthlessly for failing to stamp the ballot papers and for not signing forms 34Bs," he proclaimed.
