The High Court has given the NGO Co-ordination Board until Tuesday noon to file responses after it was sued for freezing bank accounts of Kalonzo Musyoka Foundation.
The directive was issued by Judge Roselyne Aburi at a hearing on Monday afternoon after Government lawyers asked for more time.
The Foundation's lawyer, Albert Simiyu, opposed the decision noting that the Fazul Mohammed-led board had already been given 21 days to comply but had failed to do so.
A May 2nd directive issued by Fazul Mohammed saw the Foundation's accounts with the Investments and Mortgages Bank frozen.

The Organisation moved to court to challenge the directive on May 8th stating that no reasons had been given for the order.
They further argued that the directive had a serious effect on the Foundation's philanthropic activities, beneficiaries, and daily operations.
Judge Aburi called out the NGO Co-ordination board for stalling the case with unnecessary delays, noting it was four months since the case was filed.

“The delay, which is inordinate, is not explained to the satisfaction of the court,” she stated.
The matter will be heard next on November 21.
