National Super Alliance (NASA) leader Raila Odinga has revealed that he may be headed back to the Supreme Court if the October 26th election is not conducted in line with the law.
Speaking to international media outlet Reuters, Mr Odinga stated that the electoral body needed to respect the law and conduct the fresh poll in accordance with the Supreme Court ruling of September 1st.
While on his trip to London, he declared: "As far as we are concerned, that (initial Supreme Court) ruling is still valid."
"What we are demanding is that the electoral commission should respect the Supreme Court and carry out elections in accordance with the ruling," he added.

On Tuesday, the former Prime Minister announced the withdrawal of his candidature from the repeat Presidential election.
He stated at the time that the opposition Alliance had no faith in the electoral body to conduct a credible election.
His running mate Kalonzo Musyoka, noted all indications were that the repeat election would be worse than the August 8th poll.
The coalition has since called for renewed daily protests across the country under the theme of 'No Reforms, No Election'.
Acting Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i strongly opposed the move and banned demonstrations in the Central Business Districts of Nairobi, Mombasa and Kisumu.
