National Super Alliance (NASA) leader Raila Odinga has issued a warning to IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati and his team concerning the October 26th election.
The Opposition chief has warned Mr Chebukati that efforts made toward the repeat poll are altogether a breach of the law.
Reiterating that the October 26 poll will not take place, Mr Odinga emphasized his call for the election to be held within 90 days of his withdrawal from the race.

"When we wrote to the IEBC for my withdrawal, it meant they have to organize a fresh election in 90 days. There will be no elections on October 26, that should be clear," Odinga explained.
Speaking from London's Chatham House, the former Prime Minister asserted that without the fulfillment of the NASA "irreducible minimums", the commission could not be expected to conduct a free and fair poll.
"We, therefore, came to the conclusion that there is no intention on the part of the IEBC to undertake any changes to ensure that the 'illegalities and irregularities' do not happen again," he observed.
The NASA leader told the international community that the current political crisis is a result of an adamant regime clinging to power.
"It is vital for Kenya’s friends and economic partners to realize that the crisis in Kenya is not only about who was or will be the next lawfully elected President of our great nation. The real crisis is that those in power have abundantly shown -- before, during and after this utterly failed election -- their determination to hold on to power by any and all means," he stated in an interview with the Standard.
Mr Odinga has been on a trip to London from Thursday and is expected back in the country on Saturday evening.
He was hosted in the United Kingdom (UK) by the Royal Institute of International Affairs at Chatham House.
