Opposition leader Raila Odinga on Friday asked National Super Alliance (NASA) supporters to await a major announcement on Monday.
Speaking from Kibera in Nairobi, the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) leader observed that the electorate of Kenya had heeded NASA's call to boycott the presidential election.
"Even in Gatundu there were no voters. Kenyans heeded NASA's call to boycott the elections and that is why on Monday I shall make a major announcement to tell all of you the way forward.
"I told you there are many ways to kill a cat and Jubilee is a wild cat that has eaten all the chicks," Mr Odinga conveyed.

The NASA leader went on to assure the residents of Kibra constituency that he had made the trip to the area for emergency relief.
"In the next one week, I will personally make sure that repairs are done to all the areas that were destroyed during the anti-poll demos yesterday (Thursday). The contractors will begin working tomorrow to rebuild the wall of Olympic Primary School and repair all damage in the classrooms.
"I have given the orders and your Member of Parliament Ken Okoth will be in charge and I will come to inspect the renovations myself," the former Prime Minister assured.
Earlier in the day, NASA co-principal and Bungoma Senator Moses Wetangula led protests in his county after one man was shot dead in Muteremko Estate.
The Senator condemned the killing accusing the police of using excessive force to combat peaceful protesters.
